(USA) Principal Product Manager (Tech) - Customer Success Manager

Position SummaryWhat you'll doIn this role, you will help our customers solve business challenges such as rapidly releasing products/services to the market or building an elastic, scalable, cost optimized application.
You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing Walmart Global Technology Platform (GTP) Services.
You will also look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across multiple customers that can help accelerate innovation.
As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand and implement advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate and scale existing workloads in the cloud.
You will have the opportunity to shape and execute a strategy to build knowledge and broad use of GTP Services.
You will also need to be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other teams within GTP such as services teams as well as representing your team to executive management.
For this role, we are looking for folks who have technical breadth complimented by technical depth in one or two areas, business aptitude, and the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of the Global Technology Platform and services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for engaging with Enterprise Architects, Engineers , Directors, and VPs.
What you will bring:

years experience in infrastructure and network architecture, DevOps, or software engineering 10
years design/implementation/consulting experience with enterprise applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering or related field of study or 12
years of related work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience architecting, operating cloud-based solutions.
Azure/GCP Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud e xpertise.
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
Experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting.
Experience with a programming or scripting language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to adapt to new technologies , learn quickly, and manage high ambiguity.
